Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRABD2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TRABD2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTP3, TCEAL4, and CST1. Each is linked with TRABD2A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRABD2A-to-partner and partner-to-TRABD2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRABD2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRABD2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
