Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TRABD2A RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TRABD2A data layer compared with 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher TRABD2A RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TRABD2A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THCA and UVM show a favorable association.

MESO, THCA, and UVM are the cancer types where TRABD2A RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
