TRA2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRA2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,789 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRA2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM5, MCM6, and MCM7. Each is linked with TRA2B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRA2B-to-partner and partner-to-TRA2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRA2B versus MCM5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRA2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRA2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
