TRA2B

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TRA2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,718 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TRA2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR74, DDX12P, and POGK. Each is linked with TRA2B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TRA2B-to-partner and partner-to-TRA2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TRA2B versus WDR74 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TRA2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TRA2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
