Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPTE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,134 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TPTE-associated genes across cancer lineages are NELFCD, UBL4A, and DCAF10. Each is linked with TPTE in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPTE-to-partner and partner-to-TPTE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NELFCD grouped by TPTE-low versus TPTE-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPTE→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPTE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
