Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPTE mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPTE-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Cyclin-B1, and Lck. Each is linked with TPTE in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPTE-to-partner and partner-to-TPTE results are reported.
