TPTE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPTE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 258 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPTE-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5AU1, RBMY1B, and RBMY1D. Each is linked with TPTE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPTE-to-partner and partner-to-TPTE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5AU1 grouped by TPTE-low versus TPTE-high in LIVER.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPTE→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPTE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
