TPT1P14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPT1P14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,650 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPT1P14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, Cytoplasmic translation, and IRES-dependent viral translational initiation. Each is linked with TPT1P14 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPT1P14-to-partner and partner-to-TPT1P14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosomal large subunit assembly grouped by TPT1P14-low versus TPT1P14-high in KIRP.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPT1P14→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPT1P14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
