Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TPT1P14 RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TPT1P14 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher TPT1P14 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TPT1P14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and SKCM show a favorable association.
BRCA, STAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where TPT1P14 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
