TPT1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPT1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,257 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTF2F2, CNNM3-DT, and COG3. Each is linked with TPT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPT1-to-partner and partner-to-TPT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPT1 versus GTF2F2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
