Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TPT1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated TPT1 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TPT1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TPT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and MESO show a favorable association.

UCEC, MESO, and OV are the cancer types where TPT1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
