TPT1-AS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPT1-AS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPT1-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL140P, MIR4452, and MIR3692. Each is linked with TPT1-AS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPT1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-TPT1-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL140P grouped by TPT1-AS1-low versus TPT1-AS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPT1-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPT1-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
