TPST2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPST2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 263 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPST2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SFPQP1, RNU6-165P, and RNA5SP72. Each is linked with TPST2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPST2-to-partner and partner-to-TPST2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SFPQP1 grouped by TPST2-low versus TPST2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPST2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPST2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
