TPRX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPRX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,333 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPRX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC4A1APP2, HMGB1P7, and MTCO2P34. Each is linked with TPRX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPRX1-to-partner and partner-to-TPRX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC4A1APP2 grouped by TPRX1-low versus TPRX1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPRX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPRX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
