Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPRX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TPRX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNK, MT4, and GJA10. Each is linked with TPRX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPRX1-to-partner and partner-to-TPRX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNK grouped by TPRX1-low versus TPRX1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
