TPRA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPRA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,264 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPRA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-90P, MIR4672, and MIR5188. Each is linked with TPRA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPRA1-to-partner and partner-to-TPRA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-90P grouped by TPRA1-low versus TPRA1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPRA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPRA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
