TPRA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPRA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPRA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QL2, SSMEM1, and WDR87. Each is linked with TPRA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPRA1-to-partner and partner-to-TPRA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1QL2 grouped by TPRA1-low versus TPRA1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPRA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPRA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
