TPPP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPPP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,515 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPPP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NDRG2, WDR75_S779, and MYBBP1A_S1267. Each is linked with TPPP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPPP2-to-partner and partner-to-TPPP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPPP2 versus NDRG2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
