TPPP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPPP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 157 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPPP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are BDKRB1, GSDMD, and TGFBR1. Each is linked with TPPP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPPP2-to-partner and partner-to-TPPP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPPP2 versus BDKRB1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
