TPPP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPPP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 367 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPPP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02409, RPS29P32, and ZMYND10-AS1. Each is linked with TPPP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPPP2-to-partner and partner-to-TPPP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02409 grouped by TPPP2-low versus TPPP2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPPP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPPP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
