TPPP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPPP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,380 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPPP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPPP_S160, TPPP_T14, and TPPP_S32. Each is linked with TPPP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPPP-to-partner and partner-to-TPPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPPP versus TPPP_S160 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
