TPPP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPPP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,544 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZDHHC11B, TPPP3, and CAVIN2. Each is linked with TPPP in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPPP-to-partner and partner-to-TPPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPPP versus ZDHHC11B in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
