TPPP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPPP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 584 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM41AY2, RNU6-772P, and OR4F8P. Each is linked with TPPP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPPP-to-partner and partner-to-TPPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM41AY2 grouped by TPPP-low versus TPPP-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
