Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPPP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,465 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPPP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial electron transport, NADH to ubiquinone, Aerobic respiration, and Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis. Each is linked with TPPP in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPPP-to-partner and partner-to-TPPP results are reported.
