Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TPPP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Myeloma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TPPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIP, OR6N1, and LCE1F. Each is linked with TPPP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPPP-to-partner and partner-to-TPPP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIP grouped by TPPP-low versus TPPP-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
