TPMTP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPMTP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,709 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPMTP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAST2_S1364, ARID4A_S561, and RBM15B. Each is linked with TPMTP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPMTP2-to-partner and partner-to-TPMTP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPMTP2 versus MAST2_S1364 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPMTP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPMTP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
