TPGS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TPGS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,741 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TPGS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD1A, UHRF1, and SMAD4. Each is linked with TPGS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TPGS2-to-partner and partner-to-TPGS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TPGS2 versus RPRD1A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TPGS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TPGS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
