Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TP73-AS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,375 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TP73-AS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2, PACS2_S349, and CDC42EP5. Each is linked with TP73-AS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP73-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-TP73-AS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TP73-AS2 versus MCM2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TP73-AS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TP73-AS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
