TP63

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TP63 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,686 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TP63-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR205HG, MIR205, and PLXNB1. Each is linked with TP63 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP63-to-partner and partner-to-TP63 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TP63 versus MIR205HG in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TP63→partner) and Y-score (partner→TP63) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
