TP53RK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TP53RK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,222 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TP53RK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCOA5, ADNP, and CTNNBL1. Each is linked with TP53RK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP53RK-to-partner and partner-to-TP53RK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TP53RK versus NCOA5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TP53RK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TP53RK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
