TP53RK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TP53RK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 112 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TP53RK-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP6, OR4K2, and VTRNA3-1P. Each is linked with TP53RK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TP53RK-to-partner and partner-to-TP53RK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP6 grouped by TP53RK-low versus TP53RK-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TP53RK→partner) and Y-score (partner→TP53RK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
