TOX4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,257 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOX4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSRP1, SUPT16H, and STRN3. Each is linked with TOX4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOX4-to-partner and partner-to-TOX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOX4 versus SSRP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
