TOPORSLP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOPORSLP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,761 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOPORSLP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LDHA_Y10, VAMP7_S168, and SDF2. Each is linked with TOPORSLP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOPORSLP-to-partner and partner-to-TOPORSLP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOPORSLP versus LDHA_Y10 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOPORSLP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOPORSLP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
