TOP1MT

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOP1MT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,752 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOP1MT-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMD4, TRBV24-1, and TRAJ19. Each is linked with TOP1MT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOP1MT-to-partner and partner-to-TOP1MT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOP1MT→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOP1MT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
