TOMM40L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOMM40L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,830 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOMM40L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE2T, DPM1, and TIPRL. Each is linked with TOMM40L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOMM40L-to-partner and partner-to-TOMM40L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOMM40L versus UBE2T in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOMM40L→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOMM40L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
