The most reproducible TOMM40L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTX1, NR1I3, and SLC25A44. Each is linked with TOMM40L in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOMM40L-to-partner and partner-to-TOMM40L results are reported.
