TOMM40

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOMM40 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,501 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOMM40-associated genes across cancer lineages are LSP1, IL16, and MYLK. Each is linked with TOMM40 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOMM40-to-partner and partner-to-TOMM40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOMM40 versus LSP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOMM40→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOMM40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
