TOLLIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOLLIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,559 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOLLIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATF4P1, IGLV3-7, and RNU6-1250P. Each is linked with TOLLIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOLLIP-to-partner and partner-to-TOLLIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATF4P1 grouped by TOLLIP-low versus TOLLIP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOLLIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOLLIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
