TOE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,844 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NASP, MCM4, and TMPO. Each is linked with TOE1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOE1-to-partner and partner-to-TOE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TOE1 versus NASP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
