TOB2P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TOB2P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TOB2P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6807, MIR4730, and MIR4757. Each is linked with TOB2P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TOB2P1-to-partner and partner-to-TOB2P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6807 grouped by TOB2P1-low versus TOB2P1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TOB2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TOB2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
