TNN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,288 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LRP1, HMCN1, and COMP. Each is linked with TNN in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNN-to-partner and partner-to-TNN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNN versus LRP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNN→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
