Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,983 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNIP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTC1, PARP4, and DIAPH1. Each is linked with TNIP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNIP1-to-partner and partner-to-TNIP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNIP1 versus TTC1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
