Across TCGA cell cohorts, TNIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,644 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNIP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein deubiquitination, Negative regulation of immune response, and Positive regulation of canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction. Each is linked with TNIP1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNIP1-to-partner and partner-to-TNIP1 results are reported.
