TNFSF4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFSF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,871 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFSF4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WIPF1, RUNX1_T14, and SULF1. Each is linked with TNFSF4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF4-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFSF4 versus WIPF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFSF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFSF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
