Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFSF4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,179 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TNFSF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFAP2E, GNMT, and HOXD1. Each is linked with TNFSF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF4-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFSF4 versus TFAP2E in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.83.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFSF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFSF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
