TNFSF18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFSF18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,966 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFSF18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPA12A, UTP15, and PRELP. Each is linked with TNFSF18 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF18-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFSF18 versus HSPA12A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFSF18→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFSF18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
