The most reproducible TNFSF18-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are T cell proliferation involved in immune response, Maintenance of protein location, and Eyelid development in camera-type eye. Each is linked with TNFSF18 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFSF18-to-partner and partner-to-TNFSF18 results are reported.
