TNFRSF8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFRSF8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,300 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFRSF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are TVP23BP2, ANKRD20A6P, and NUP50. Each is linked with TNFRSF8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF8-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TVP23BP2 grouped by TNFRSF8-low versus TNFRSF8-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFRSF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFRSF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
