Q-omics provides the consensus-scored ANKRD20A6P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. ANKRD20A6P expression is associated with patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, ANKRD20A6P is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, ANKRD20A6P RNA expression shows 5,990 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Together, these results highlight KIRC, THCA, and TGCT as cancer lineages where ANKRD20A6P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
