TNFRSF10C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TNFRSF10C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,443 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TNFRSF10C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRPF19, RPRD1B, and RCC2. Each is linked with TNFRSF10C in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TNFRSF10C-to-partner and partner-to-TNFRSF10C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TNFRSF10C versus PRPF19 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TNFRSF10C→partner) and Y-score (partner→TNFRSF10C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
